The project

The Young & Smart project was born out of a worrying reality: many young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, lack basic financial literacy and entrepreneurial skills. This limits their ability to develop sustainable businesses and access job opportunities.
To address this challenge, we have designed an innovative approach that combines entrepreneurship training, emotional intelligence and accessible digital tools. Through this project, we aim to empower young people and equip teachers with the tools to teach these skills effectively.
The Target Groups
Young People (Ages 13–25)
VET & C-VET Trainers
Young people between 18 and 25 years old with an interest in entrepreneurship, but with difficulties in accessing adequate training. These young people may be migrants, unemployed or with learning difficulties.
Vocational and continuing education teachers who need new strategies to teach entrepreneurship in an accessible and digitally engaging way.
